Jail Academy of Dance in Philippines

I could not believe my eyes when I saw this video on Youtube. You definitely have to check this one out. More than 1500 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Philippines, performed Michael Jackson's "Thriller" dance as part of their morning exercise routine on August 1, 2007. Although the guy dressed up as a woman is a little creepy, I still enjoyed this video. I wonder what it takes to be accepted to this jail. You probably not only need to kill someone but also submit three professional reference letters to support your dancing background.
